I come from an active background having competed in swimming and having formal dance and performance training ranging from techniques such as ballet, contemporary, jazz the Feldenkrais and Alexander technique, method.

 

 

I am a Pilates, yoga and functional strength conditioning coach and recently received a qualification in MOVNAT, which is a training system based around natural movement 

 

 

Now I am really all about encompassing movement and drawing from various principles to be able to not only allow my students to move better and out of pain but be more Natural, and functional.
