Restore the body’s resonance, re-harmonize internal frequency, mental and emotional balance through a practice that incorporates yoga, essential oils, and 20-minute sound healing!
Yin Yoga is a system of long held, passive floor poses that integrates the Chinese meridian system and five elements. Stillness in the pose circulates “chi” or life-force energy effectively in the physical and subtle bodies through the compression of internal organs and traction or pulling of bones through its ligaments, tendons, fascia, and other deep connective tissues like a needle-less acupuncture, so try to be comfortable in an uncomfortable situation!
Inner Method meditation is incorporated while in the poses to balance and invigorate the energetic body and organs, creating an amplified vessel of aliveness.
Only high-grade, therapeutic Young Living essential oils are used intelligently according to the season, five elements, and meridian in focus to help us in aligning back to our circadian rhythm.
Once the body is in a more receptive mode, through sound meditation, the body is able to absorb sound waves to help restore harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Sound baths facilitate a shift in the brainwave state from our beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness). Some may be able to reach theta (meditative state) and even delta (where internal healing can occur).
The sounds are created by instruments with different frequencies, which can include tuning forks, gongs, harmonium, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tanpura and chanting.
