What inspires you?
People, stories, and movement.
I’m inspired mostly by stories of people who succeed in their journeys, overcoming obstacles and believing in themselves, by people who are not ashamed of failing and trying again, by people with disabilities and yet they make movement achievable or even practice yoga.
And what most of my clients don’t know, is that each one of them has inspired me and inspired my practice in some way.??
How long have you been practicing? what made you start?
My yoga Journey started in 2002 when I took my first class out of pure curiosity. I remember finishing the session feeling angry because I had no idea what was going on in the room ?? and decided to give it another try, after all, Yoga is known to make you feel well and not the opposite; this is when I got hooked on yoga!What can someone expect in your class?
Freedom in the body through movement. Dynamic flows that invite every student to tune to what their body is asking for at the present moment; allowing the breath to be the guide to the inner self so that the practice can be carried past the yoga mat, into the journey.
