What inspires me? – It’s my kids and my family, wish to live a long and healthy life. My members and people around who always keep moving, improving, exploring, learning and sharing.
I am a professional athlete, former sport aerobics competitor andmother of 2 boys. Always have been passionate about sport and healthy lifestyle.
Love working with people and sharing skills, knowledge and inspireto lead a healthy lifestyle. I am a big fan of High Intensity Interval Training, bodyweight training.
So, I teach fitness classes in studio – HIIT and Circuit training. My classes are intense, but effective.
For active people who want to get fit and strong in a short amount of time. We workout hard, but always have time for fun. Fitness should be fun and enjoyable! Any fitness level is welcome to my programs as we always have options and adjust moves, exercise to personal requirements.
