BEGINNERS
This class is designed for those who are newer to yoga or those have been practicing for quite some time and wanting to go back to basics. Emphasis is placed on foundational yoga postures, teaches you breath-work, and helps you create stability in postures. Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally. *This class is offered twice a week.

GROUNDING WITH GRACE FLOW
BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
Feel rooted in your sense of center while you cultivate spaciousness within to move through transitions with grace.
The flowing sequence of postures repeatedly alternates between dynamic movement and stillness. "If you can learn to harness your energy and find your center during dynamic poses, you can find that same quiet, still place when the external world threatens to throw you off balance."
HIP AND HEART FLOW
BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
Listen to the hum of your hips in this external rotator class. This session invites you to find release and surrender to a FLOW state. Tend to tight shoulders and hips. Pay attention to how they are connected to your mental and emotional state.
RELEASE AND FLOW
BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
This 60-minute class consists of two segments. The first is a 15-20-minute rolling segment dedicated to “working out the kinks” and rolling out regions of the body that may feel tight or agitated. After the rolling segment is a Slow flow yoga sequence with breathing techniques. Both segments complement one another with the use of myofascial release, physical yoga postures and breathing techniques. All of these physical techniques are key to improving posture, coordination, and movement.
BACK TO CORE
BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
A healthy back starts with a stable core. Whether you are recovering from back pain or simply want to avoid it, this class offers tools to build stability and hone body awareness so you can live a long life with a strong, painfree back. Learn the techniques and exercises to take care of your back by strengthening the entire core. This is an all-levels yoga program, but no matter your experience you will gain a deeper understanding of proper alignment, more control in movement transitions, and more confidence to find your edge without compromising your back.
JIVAMUKTI SPIRITUAL WARRIOR
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Class designed for busy people who only have an hour or less to practice. The class is fast paced and invigorating and is certainly a “get-in-shape” class. The structure is a fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, Surya Namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses. Since the asana sequence is always the same, a student will pick it up quite quickly after only a couple of classes.
ARM BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY FLOW
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Learn how to create lightness in your practice and tap into your true inner power through total body integration. We'll use that lightness and power to learn how to prepare, open, build, hold and transition through different arm balances. Discover the opening and body awareness needed to enter into the full pose, giving you tips on how to master them, and modifications to play with until the full pose becomes more accessible! All levels welcome.
STRENGTHENING FLOW
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Starting with a strong physical foundation allows our practice to evolve into energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual one. This class starts simple, gradually adding more of muscle and core engagement, finding a stability while understanding and implementing proper body alignment. Expect this flow class to be deliberate and slow paced which encourages us to be in the state of flow and concentration. Expect to strengthen muscles, sweat, and with regular practice become stronger – inside and out.
PEACEFUL WARRIOR FLOW
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Start your week right with our Peaceful Warrior Flow. It is an invigorating morning vinyasa flow class that focuses on building your energy up for and maintaining your inner calm for the rest of the day ahead. Step into unwavering confidence and find a sense of grounding and connection as you move through a fluid Warrior sequence that activates your heart chakra and helps you tap into your full Warrior power. This yoga class is perfect any time you need to get grounded, get a boost of confidence, finding calm and be reminded of your power as you start your week.
