NON-HEATED CLASSES

LET'S BEGIN WITH YOGA

BEGINNERS
This class is designed for those who are newer to yoga or those have been practicing for quite some time and wanting to go back to basics. Emphasis is placed on foundational yoga postures, teaches you breath-work, and helps you create stability in postures. Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally. *This class is offered twice a week.

KIDS YOGA (CHILDREN AGES 6-9)

BEGINNERS
*No prior yoga experience required*
Kids Yoga Online boosts focus and encourages a safe, fun and non-competitive environment for children to initiate their practice through engaging & interactive 21st century learning. Yoga also helps towards building flexibility & agility in a child's body; enhancing body awareness. Yoga & Mindfulness stimulates awareness, coordination, academic performance & increases happiness levels!

GROUNDING WITH GRACE FLOW

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
Feel rooted in your sense of center while you cultivate spaciousness within to move through transitions with grace.
The flowing sequence of postures repeatedly alternates between dynamic movement and stillness. "If you can learn to harness your energy and find your center during dynamic poses, you can find that same quiet, still place when the external world threatens to throw you off balance."

HIP AND HEART FLOW

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
Listen to the hum of your hips in this external rotator class. This session invites you to find release and surrender to a FLOW state. Tend to tight shoulders and hips. Pay attention to how they are connected to your mental and emotional state.

RELEASE AND FLOW

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
This 60-minute class consists of two segments. The first is a 15-20-minute rolling segment dedicated to “working out the kinks” and rolling out regions of the body that may feel tight or agitated. After the rolling segment is a Slow flow yoga sequence with breathing techniques. Both segments complement one another with the use of myofascial release, physical yoga postures and breathing techniques. All of these physical techniques are key to improving posture, coordination, and movement.

BACK TO CORE

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
A healthy back starts with a stable core. Whether you are recovering from back pain or simply want to avoid it, this class offers tools to build stability and hone body awareness so you can live a long life with a strong, painfree back. Learn the techniques and exercises to take care of your back by strengthening the entire core. This is an all-levels yoga program, but no matter your experience you will gain a deeper understanding of proper alignment, more control in movement transitions, and more confidence to find your edge without compromising your back.

JIVAMUKTI SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Class designed for busy people who only have an hour or less to practice. The class is fast paced and invigorating and is certainly a “get-in-shape” class. The structure is a fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, Surya Namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses. Since the asana sequence is always the same, a student will pick it up quite quickly after only a couple of classes.

ARM BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY FLOW

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Learn how to create lightness in your practice and tap into your true inner power through total body integration. We'll use that lightness and power to learn how to prepare, open, build, hold and transition through different arm balances. Discover the opening and body awareness needed to enter into the full pose, giving you tips on how to master them, and modifications to play with until the full pose becomes more accessible! All levels welcome.

STRENGTHENING FLOW

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Starting with a strong physical foundation allows our practice to evolve into energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual one. This class starts simple, gradually adding more of muscle and core engagement, finding a stability while understanding and implementing proper body alignment. Expect this flow class to be deliberate and slow paced which encourages us to be in the state of flow and concentration. Expect to strengthen muscles, sweat, and with regular practice become stronger – inside and out.

PEACEFUL WARRIOR FLOW

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Start your week right with our Peaceful Warrior Flow. It is an invigorating morning vinyasa flow class that focuses on building your energy up for and maintaining your inner calm for the rest of the day ahead. Step into unwavering confidence and find a sense of grounding and connection as you move through a fluid Warrior sequence that activates your heart chakra and helps you tap into your full Warrior power. This yoga class is perfect any time you need to get grounded, get a boost of confidence, finding calm and be reminded of your power as you start your week.

VINSAYA FLOW

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Vinyasa Flow is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence to attain balance in the mind and body. Class may vary each time.

INSPIRE FLOW

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Our signature Inspire flow class incorporates advanced poses and techniques in an "all-levels welcome" environment. It is a well-rounded yoga sequence that includes all of the various groups of poses, focusing on equal parts for strength, flexibility, balance as well as targeting spinal areas safely.
Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences. This yoga class tends to be more vigorous and aerobic, and can have a variety of music and themes

YIN AROMA YOGA

ALL LEVELS
Experience one of our signature classes. Our Yin Aroma Yoga® is like a mini retreat and offers an opportunity to restore balance physically, mentally and emotionally in today's fast-paced, technologically driven world, increasing health and well-being. A practice that incorporates yoga, essential oils and meditation.

SOUND BATH

ALL LEVELS
A meditation class that aims to guide you into a deep meditative state while you're enveloped in ambient sound of bowls, gongs, and other instruments played by the instructor, or a sound therapist. Be ready to restore balance in the chaos of the modern world.

FLOATING BLISS

ALL LEVELS
Utilising the principles of ease, time and the use of props from Yin Yoga, and the anti-gravity, suspension and decompression benefits of our silk swings. Down regulate your nervous system, put length and ease into your soft tissue, ground yourself and find inner calm in this delightful passive release class

SUNRISE FLOW

ALL LEVELS
Start the day with this stimulating flow class designed for all levels of practice. Flow into wakefulness, beginning with calm, gentle movements that increasingly intensify until culminating in invigorating sequences. You’ll feel energised, have amazing mental clarity and be ready to flow through your day with ease.

FUNCTIONAL FLOW

ALL LEVELS
Functional Flow Class is designed to strengthen at end range of motion for stability and mobility while experiencing the postures in new ways to keep our bodies healthy, strong and vibrant. As with a traditional Flow, this class brings together breath and movement, but calls on us to investigate the integrity of our yoga postures though exploring alignment, actively engaging key muscles and tapping into body awareness in an effort to discover possible body blind spots.

ASHTANGA HALF PRIMARY SERIES

ALL LEVELS
An Ashtanga yoga led class is a traditional 60-minute class, counted in Sanskrit that takes you through a half led primary series, up to Boat Pose (Navasana) and followed by the Finishing sequence of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. Students are led through the vinyasas in a continuous fashion, with an emphasis on asana names and breath counts. Ideal for individuals who already have an Ashtanga practice.

INSPIRE FLOW WITH PRANAYAMA AND SOUND MEDITATION

ALL LEVELS
Your favourite well rounded Inspire flow with focus on pranayama at the beginning and the perfect ending of blissful sound meditation. Experience how your body feel total relaxation. We made this class longer to allow more time for savasana while allowing the sound take you to a more meditative state.

Inferno Hot Pilates

BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE
Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room with energetic music, Inferno Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. All levels welcome.
WARM CLASSES

WARM HATHA FLOW

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
Flow from pose to pose while you move with the breath. This class offers gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures that will help you develop strength, balance, flexibility, and increase concentration and inner calm. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone.

VIN / YIN

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
Explore a balance of opposites. This class includes active, warm Vinyasa Flow Yoga with the cool & calming practice of Yin Yoga, where floor postures are held for several minutes to stimulate, rejuvenate, and nurture your body. A great class for both beginners and experienced students.

WARM YO-BARRE

BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE
A heated flowing class that incorporates yoga, Pilates and movements inspired by dance workouts at the barre. This class will develop lean muscle mass, mobility, and flexibility… just like a dancer! Change up your workout routine and see the results of a lifted and tone body.

WARM FIT FLOW

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
The practice includes a centering warm up leading into the three core vinyasa flows, a challenging mini burn designed to push your personal edge and a relaxing cool down with Savasana. In this music driven practice, you will flow along to tracks from varied genres and encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

WARM YO-PILATES

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Yoga and Pilates- Your two favourite classes combined together in a heated dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. Pilates props may be used for this class

WARM FLEXIBILITY FLOW

ALL LEVELS
This class will lead you through a Vinyasa yoga sequence focused on the opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport specific training and is also perfect for the city dweller looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body. All levels and experiences are welcomed.
