As part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, we’re excited to introduce the “Fit for Life Four-Week Series,” a dynamic event that delves into the four fundamental pillars of health. Each week, we will focus on a different aspect, including Fuel/Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, and Relaxation, guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced life.
Week Two – Sleep: Week two is all about Sleep, an often overlooked but critical element of overall wellness. Discover strategies for better sleep, learn about sleep cycles, and uncover the secrets to getting the rejuvenating rest your body deserves.
Week Three – Movement: In the third week, we’ll dive into movement and exercise. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a novice, we have something for everyone. Explore different workouts and understand the benefits of staying active in your daily life.
Week Four – Relax: The final week is dedicated to Relaxation and stress management. We’ll help you unwind, teaching you relaxation techniques, and ways to manage stress in your busy life.
On Saturday, 11 November 2023, we will dive deep into the second Pillar of Health and Wellness – SLEEP.
Here’s what you can expect:
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Synergy of Sleep by Julie Mallon
4:45 PM – 5:30 PM (45 mins): Parent and Child Yoga led by Natalia Fata
This yoga class provides a wonderful opportunity to begin your yoga journey alongside your child or incorporate them into your existing practice. Together, you’ll discover the myriad benefits of practicing yoga together, such as enhancing your physical well-being, nurturing emotional balance, and honing mindfulness skills. The recommended age for children to join is 3 years and above.

Venue Location: Gate Avenue Zone D, Podium Level
It’s FREE to attend, but you must register in advance since the space is limited.
• Registration starts at 3:30 PM.
• Kindly bring your own yoga mat, a filled water bottle, a small cushion, or a yoga block to sit on during the health talk.
• We suggest arriving 15 minutes or earlier at the parking as it can take a bit of time to walk towards the venue and to register.
• In the event that you will not make it, please cancel your registration online so others can join.
