You will become a teacher without having to take days off from your work!

This training is designed to help you deepen your own knowledge and practice, and to prepare you to become a confident teacher. You will earn the knowledge, skills and confidence to teach classes based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and Vinyasa Flow style.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Pay-What-You-Can Yoga For Animal Welfare

Give abused and homeless animals a second chance at life through practicing yoga.

INSPIRE, will be hosting a pay-what-you-can yoga class every Friday at 3PM – 4PM from May 07 for the entire year at its DIFC location to benefit the non-profit animal welfare organization, Little Pearls.

The Little Pearls is an international non-profit organization operating in Europe and the UAE with its two units: Pearls of the Emirates, which is the environment and animal education section, and Jadopte Un Animal, the animal rescue, and adoption division.

The non-profit organization is more than an animal welfare group and has made it their mission to sensitise and educate people about animal welfare and the environment, reduce animal neglect, and minimise animal cruelty via innovative edutainment program.

The class is open to anyone – no yoga experience necessary for a minimum of 30AED suggested rate, with all proceeds will go toward sponsoring neuter programs in alliance with Little Pearls’ clinic partners in the UAE.

This year, the focus is on the importance of neutering the homeless population of dogs and cats via the well-known international program: Trap Neuter Return.

Your support will help provide animal care and education to save lives, end animal suffering, and ensure animal wellness.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy your practice while expanding the circle of compassion that yoga provides to benefit animals in need.

Also, participants are encouraged to post a photo or video of their favourite animal yoga pose on social media: Instagram / Facebook to get a chance to win exciting prizes from INSPIRE.

“I’ve been going to this yoga studio since the week it first opened... it was the studio I was waiting for! Great location and easy parking, beautiful facilities (love the soft floors and the salt wall), top notch instructors and a variety of classes all day, every day. I can always fit in a class, regardless of my daily schedule because there is so much to choose from. I highly recommend Inspire Yoga!”

“I have been a member since 2016 and just love the studio...the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and members, the amazing teachers, the mix of classes and just the whole vibe of the studio. What is a great bonus for me is how the studio has classes at 6:30 which allows me to attend before work! Inspire you are just superb...keep on doing what you do.”
