As part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, we’re excited to introduce the “Fit for Life Four-Week Series,” a dynamic event that delves into the four fundamental pillars of health. Each week is focused on a different aspect, including Fuel/Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, and Relaxation, guiding you towards a healthier, more balanced life.

Week Three – Movement: In the third week, we’ll immerse ourselves in the world of movement and exercise. Regardless of whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, we’ve tailored something for every participant. Gain valuable insights into the advantages of incorporating physical activity into your daily routine.

Week Four – Relax: The concluding week is devoted to the art of relaxation and effective stress management. We are here to guide you in unwinding, offering instruction on relaxation techniques and strategies to help you manage stress in your demanding daily life.

Join us on 18 November 2023, Saturday as we explore the depths of the third Pillar of Health and Wellness: MOVE.

Here’s what you can expect:

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Active Balance Living by Danny Bartlett

4:45 PM – 5:30 PM (45mins): Zumba by Nena Obradovic

This is your opportunity to embrace well-being, infuse your life with boundless positive energy, and become a part of a truly transformative experience. We look forward to seeing you on 18 November!

It’s FREE to attend, but you must register in advance since the space is limited.

Week Two – Sleep: Week two is all about Sleep, an often overlooked but critical element of overall wellness. Discover strategies for better sleep, learn about sleep cycles, and uncover the secrets to getting the rejuvenating rest your body deserves.

Week Three – Movement: In the third week, we’ll dive into movement and exercise. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a novice, we have something for everyone. Explore different workouts and understand the benefits of staying active in your daily life.

Week Four – Relax: The final week is dedicated to Relaxation and stress management. We’ll help you unwind, teaching you relaxation techniques, and ways to manage stress in your busy life.

On Saturday, 11 November 2023, we will dive deep into the second Pillar of Health and Wellness – SLEEP.

Here’s what you can expect:

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Synergy of Sleep by Julie Mallon

4:45 PM – 5:30 PM (45 mins): Parent and Child Yoga led by Natalia Fata

This yoga class provides a wonderful opportunity to begin your yoga journey alongside your child or incorporate them into your existing practice. Together, you’ll discover the myriad benefits of practicing yoga together, such as enhancing your physical well-being, nurturing emotional balance, and honing mindfulness skills. The recommended age for children to join is 3 years and above.

This yoga session focuses on the ‘Fueling the Body’ pillar of health and wellness. Experience mindful movements, learn essential breathing techniques, and indulge in nourishing self-care that enhances your physical and mental vitality. Harmonize your body and soul as you embrace holistic wellness through yoga.

It Takes Gut – A Celiac Disease Awareness Campaign

Join us for an exciting and informative gluten-free event! INSPIRE Studio, in collaboration with Gate Avenue DIFC and our partner brands, invites you to our FREE community event on 20 May 2023, Saturday from 1 PM onwards at the DIFC Innovation Hub, Open Stage, Level 1, Zone D of Gate Avenue, DIFC.

We’re thrilled to bring together leading experts in the field of Functional Health Medicine Dr. Preya Patel, Family Medicine Consultant and Functional Medicine Doctor and Garineh Serpekian, Certified Health and Wellness Coach Expert to discuss the causes and physiology of Celiac disease, a condition that affects both children and adults and can lead to a range of complications. Get ready to hear from individuals who have personal experience with the condition, as well as health experts who will share the latest research on how to manage it.

During the panel talk, you’ll discover current best practices for managing Celiac disease, including various types of testing and why they’re essential. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to support your health or that of a loved one living with this condition. The talk is scheduled from 1 PM – 2 PM, so make sure to be there on time!

After the panel, join a free 15-minute optional Sound Bath Meditation led by Edel Mogahdsian in the studio. Please bring a light blanket if you wish to participate.
